Online Education and Law Degrees – Something to Think On

The cost to go to law school these days is absolutely insane. Very few kids graduate with law degrees that have not spent over $150,000 in tuition fees. This means they have taken out loans that they must deal with even before they actually start making money. So many lawyers file bankruptcy because they are laden in debt, but this doesn’t need to happen, after all, all you really need is the information, and then you need to pass the bar.

You can get a law degree, through several online educational companies. You might also be surprised how much you can learn about law by reading things online or going to the local library at your county. If you learn what you need to know to get a job as a paralegal, and then pay for your online education degree in full, and you won’t have any tuition debt when you complete your courses.

If you have been paying attention all along and doing your homework you should be able to pass the bar without too much problem and now you are a lawyer. You can then start working for a local law firm, and eventually become a partner, and perhaps someday in the future a large law firm will make you an offer you can’t refuse.

Best of all you will join a bunch of other lawyers and attorneys that are quite good in their field, except you have an average over all of them, you don’t have the student loans to repay, so you’re actually going to live a better lifestyle, without all that debt. Please consider getting an online education and a law degree, because it is definitely something to think on.

Credit Card Debt and Job Loss – Disaster Or Opportunity? The Possibilities Are Endless

Credit card debt and job loss are two major problems facing over 15.3 million people with another half million people added each month to the ranks of unemployed. When your job walks away from you it only seems fair to walk away from your card debt.

Most people clearly understand how their job loss was the result of big banking and Wall Street selling out the American worker. Instead of sending our products overseas, our jobs were sent so the big boys could make even more profit.

Is two days late on a credit card payment a reason to raise your interest rate to 30% and lower your credit limit to the amount owed on the card or just more of the “profit motive” in action? Before banks owned the politicians it would have been considered “usery” but ownership has its privileges.

Although no “credit card debt tea party” has made the news there is a growing movement of people who educate themselves and legally walk away from their card debt and there are companies that help them achieve their goals just as an accounting company might help someone with their taxes.

The only problem with this debt help industry is the close association to the same ideas held by the card companies where you are required to keep paying and pay an additional fee for the so-called help or even worse getting a consolidation home loan. These methods do not seem logical especially when you have no job!

When job loss occurs people usually begin to panic because of fear of the unknown. How do you pay the card debt, utility bill, insurance, rent or mortgage, keep the kids in clothes and put food on the table? Do you let your situation beat you or do you use your situation to make a better life?

Would it be possible to remove your credit card debt then show others how easily it is done and perhaps make a respectable income helping others to do the same thing? You could even be the one in a million people who has no debt but lost your job and are looking for a new career.

You might even be in the debt help industry but are sick of seeing the people you are trying to help fail 92% of the time or watching clients lose homes because they could not pay the consolidation loan you gave them.

With time on your hands you might do some research and discover the possibilities that exist in helping people get rid of credit card debt and gaining an income from helping others.

On the other hand if you do not enjoy life, like to see others miserable or even want to make them more miserable then you could get the perfect job as a debt collector. They are hiring and with millions unemployed business is booming!

Dating and Job Hunting – Striking Similarities

Ahh…the challenges of searching for a job. The expenditure of time, energy, and effort in presenting yourself in the best possible light. Coupled with anxiety and frustration, the search can be nerve-racking. If I were talking about dating I could say the same thing. In fact, they are the same thing.

To be successful in your dating endeavors it requires the same persistence as your job search, and vice versa. Aggressiveness will benefit you in both pursuits; however, it would behoove you to seriously think about what your ideal job, or mate, should be like.

It all starts with what you valued; the qualities, characteristics, and personality type that best complements your own. People are generally attracted to those who are similar in terms of education, intelligence, religion, and financial status. In other words, “like attracts like” to create what’s called “positive assortive mating” and “fitness matching,” says Helen Fisher, Ph.D., anthropologist and author of Why We Love.

The same dynamic applies to the workplace; thus the reason why most hiring decisions are based upon the likelihood of you “fitting in” (i.e. being able to assimilate into the company’s culture).

After working in a myriad of industries I can positively affirm that this is true. The similarities are not only in attitude, disposition, and personality, they are also physical. There are exceptions (as I often was), but generally, a company’s employees are cut from the same mold.

So are the people that we tend to date. Similarity is the cornerstone of acceptance in both the workplace, and the dating world. Helen Fisher explains why: “The reason it’s important is pretty obvious: When people don’t see eye-to-eye on many levels, they just simply don’t ‘get’ each other, and that can be tough for any couple to overcome.”

The same can be said of an employee who is not comfortable with his boss or co-workers. Differences in attitude and opinion are at the root of personality conflicts – which are the number one cause of strife and dismissal in the workplace.

It’s difficult to get a true sampling of a company’s culture, but if you ask the right open-ended questions during your interview you can get a clearer picture of what they are looking for and how well you fit in. My favorite interview question is “could you describe the personality type of the person you feel would best fit this position?” If that description matches your own, you have a match.

While your search for the right job or the perfect mate my seem interminable, your perseverance will pay off – if you don’t allow desperation to derail you. When short-term desperation influences your choices, your long-term happiness gets compromised.

The anguish you experience in both your dating and job search pursuits will can be greatly influenced by adjusting your attitude and approaching both as adventures. As long as you know where you want to end up, and who you want to end up with, the process of getting there can be both educational and fun.

Is Education and Success Linked?

There is no doubt that a good, quality early education forms one of the basis of becoming successful in society. However beyond a school education, this has been questioned by many successful people, who have either dropped out of College or built up successful businesses at an early age.

Some of our most successful people, do not have a University degree, notably Bill Gates, and Steve Jobs. Others like the founder of Virgin, Richard Branson, dropped out of College, and became one of the UK’s most successful businessmen. Facebook users may be aware that the business founder, Mark Zuckerberg, dropped out of Harvard and focused on creating one of today’s most successful global on-line social networking sites.

A higher education in today’s World is linked to getting a good job, but at a cost as in most Countries, we need to pay for that education, and borrow to continue it. In some cases students leave college with huge debts, which need to be repaid. And the cost of studying is rising, even in a recession.

Some critics citing the link between education and success, cite the fact that not everyone is suited to a college education. And with the fact that in the future, a high percentage of new graduates may never work in the field they studied in. They may end up in debt, and actually face a more uncertain future, then before they entered university.

In Asia, where education is seen as a sign of success, some wealthy entrepreneurs, study for a degree after they become a financial success. But they want their children to become college graduates, and are willing to pay for a traditional university education overseas- When the cost could provide a business for their children, and a home.

This reverse thinking on Education, were at first you become successful then study could become a new trend in education outside Asia. Whilst some college graduates may look down on people like Kevin Rose, the founder of Digg- known as “the kid who made 60 million in 18 months.” But someone like Kevin Rose, could now easily afford to sit back and study for a degree, and hire hundreds of these graduates as his employees.

Some experts also cite the need for innovative, skilled workers especially in new Green tech industries. Industries that should always provide well paid, and stable employment opportunities for many people now returning back to college- an option that could be much better than an actual traditional university education.

We will always need innovative, skilled technicians, inventors and designers who “think out the box.” and can earn much more than a degree holder. These skills cannot always be learnt at a traditional university, but are as equally valuable to society.

Before you decide on whether a traditional college education is for you, there are options. Success and education may not always be linked- as a university degree may not even guarantee you a job in the area you studied in the future.

Other options do include online degrees, and training courses linked to the careers of the future. Where you can continue earning, and still study without incurring the growing debts many college graduates face. Debts that may compromise future career decisions- once a traditional university education has been completed.

Taking the step of entering a traditional college could be the right step for you, but first look at your options and your own personal skills. Perhaps you could discover other pathways to success, or compromise through developing your skills through work, whilst studying for an on-line degree.

Confused, fearful or simply looking for a better future? Learn how to survive and thrive in an uncertain economy. build a future for you and your family

No Education Required Jobs – Is There Really Such a Thing?

If you are looking for a job and you do not have a formal education, that does not mean that you are not educated. Keep reading and I will tell you why.

One summer while I was working my way through college I took a job as a carpenter’s helper. Lonnie, the carpenter, had dropped out of school in the ninth grade. Did he have a no education required job? Well, I may have thought so at the beginning of the summer, but by the end of the summer I had a tremendous respect for Lonnie’s knowledge and ability in carpentry. I think that any person who can do any job well is educated.

Since that time I have gone on to earn a bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree, and a Ph.D. Out of the many professors, teachers, and others I have known, I rank Lonnie one of the best educated in what he did and certainly one of the best three teachers I have ever had. He taught me more about carpentry that summer than I even suspected existed. His knowledge of carpentry was encyclopedic. He never had to look anything up in a book.

The summer after I worked with Lonnie, I worked as a mason-tender on a brick-laying crew. This was in South Mississippi where the summer temperatures were, shall we say, warm and it was difficult work. Neither of the two regular mason tenders, Hopper and Lee, had a high school education. To say they were uneducated would be an injustice. Again, I learned many tips and tricks from both of these guys that I would have never thought of. To this day I have much respect for both of them.

So, if you are looking for a job and you do not have a formal education, that does not mean you are not educated. Stop putting yourself down.

Let me give you an example. Have you ever heard of Jack Horner? Jack Horner is a paleontologist without a degree. Yet he works at a university, and has published over 100 technical papers as well as a number of books. Just because Jack Horner does not have a college degree does not mean that he is uneducated.

And the same applies to you. As we live, we learn. You have job skills and knowledge developed from pursuing your interests. So, when you apply for a job, never forget that you are indeed educated. Also, never forget that you can learn what you need to learn to do almost any job. Communicate that to the people that are hiring.

But let’s not stop there. Did you know that there are 18 billionaires and 10 Nobel Prize winners who never finished high school? Did you know that George Carlin, John Travolta, Thomas Edison, Richard Branson, and Randy Travis are high school dropouts?

Yes, today diplomas, degrees, and official papers seem to be more important than ever. However, where there is a will there is a way. You too can reach great success if you really want it and put forth the effort.

Another high school dropout is Jim Carrey. I suspect he makes more money than most of us. He did not let the lack of a high school diploma or college degree stand in the way of him creating the career that he wanted. Neither should you.

If you are having trouble finding a decent job, why not create your own job? Almost every successful person has done so, and as I have pointed out, many of those people never even graduated from high school.

Creating your own job is basically becoming self-employed. If you find a service or product that you can provide that people want, all of a sudden you may find yourself self-employed. You have just created your own job.

Think about that for a while. Wouldn’t you rather be doing something that you enjoy and something that brings more rewards than flipping burgers? It is entirely possible to do that, even if you think you are just an average person. My father dropped out of high school in the eighth grade, yet in his lifetime he had a couple of businesses.

So even if you do not have a formal degree or diploma, that does not mean that you don’t already know or can learn everything you need to know to create your own job doing exactly what you have always wanted to do. Go for it.

Massage in Bucharest

Recognize it! You’re busy! And so must be! That’s what life is like! But you want more than that, you want to do more for yourself and massage can help. Because massage makes more than a simple relaxation of the mind and body. It keeps your body in shape and gives you enough energy to make you enjoy a longer life better than you do it today.

Massage releases stress. At the moment, stress is a universal evil. Every time you are late, every time you avoid a car in traffic, every time you have trouble working, stress is doing his job. Each time adrenaline increases heart rate and cortisone levels and organs respond to the measure. You will be in a state of nerves and constant agitation.
When there is no release of stress, serious problems such as an upset stomach, hypertension, sleep disturbances, chest pain, or existing illness may worsen.

Some of the changes that may occur are: Anxiety, lack of concentration, depression, permanent fatigue, muscle or bone pain, sexual dysfunction, excessive sleep or insomnia

All these stress-related problems can be diminished and some can be totally eliminated by massage. The researchers concluded that a massage session can lower heart rate and blood pressure, relax your muscles and increase endorphin production. The massage also releases serotonin and dopamine and the result is a general relaxation, both physical and mental.
Our body care must be at the top of the priorities.
By adding the massage to your routine you will look much better and you will be much healthier and relaxed. Massage can improve your vitality and mood. Massage can prepare for a long and beautiful life.

Our masseuses personalize each massage session according to the needs of the individual.
Our massage parlors offer a variety of relaxation styles and techniques to help you. Apart from relaxing, massage can be a powerful ally in reducing pain, increasing energy levels, improving mental and physical performance

We recommend : HotAngels , VipZone , JadePalace , ThaiPassion

After a massage session, you will see how the mental prospects are enriched, the body allows easier handling, better pressure resistance, relaxation and mental alertness, calm and creative thinking.
When you have the impression or force yourself to stay straight, your body is not actually aligned properly. Not only does the posture look bad, but it forces some of the muscles to go muddy all day, while others become weaker. After a long time, the incorrect position may cause other drops. For example, internal organs press on what affects digestion, breathing ability is also diminished, which means that much less blood and oxygen reaches the brain and hence all sorts of other complications.

Massage allows you to return your body to the track. Allowing the body to make healthy and accurate movements is one of the greatest benefits of massage. Massage can relax and restore muscles injured by bad posture, allowing the body to position itself in a natural, painless position.
Apart from posture, there is also anxiety. One of the signs of anxiety and stress can also be heavy breathing. When the body begins to breathe too little and deeply instead of breathing at a natural rithm, it is impossible for one to relax. One reason may also be that the chest muscles and the abdomen get tightened and the air gets harder.

Massage plays an important role in learning the body how to relax and how to improve breathing. Respiratory problems such as allergies, sinuses, asthma or bronchitis are a group of conditions that can benefit from massage. In fact, massage can have a positive impact on respiratory function.

Many of the muscles in the front and back of the upper part of the body are breathing accessory. When these muscles are tight and shorten they can block normal breathing and interrupt effective breathing natural rithm. Massage techniques for stretching and relaxing these muscles improves breathing function and breathability. Massage leads to an opening of the chest as well as structural alignment and nerve dilatation that are required for optimal pulmonary function. A good way to treat respiratory problems with massage is the taping made in Swedish massage. When done on the back, along with vibrations, it can detach the mucus from the lungs and can clean the airways for better later function.

Massage not only relaxes muscles, but helps people become aware of daily stress levels. Once the body recognizes what really means relaxation, the mind can rest easily relax before the stress becomes cornice and harmful. This will help you enjoy a balanced life. Massage controls breathing, allows the mind to re-create relaxation before the occurrence of chronic and harmful stress and increases the level of energy.
